MAKE UP LESSON POLICY
If you cannot attend your lesson and wish to receive a make up lesson, you must ABSENCE NOTIFICATION FORM. TO BE ELIGIBLE form must be submitted by 10am the day of your class. For Sunday lessons, forms must be submitted by Saturday 7pm.
The form will automatically record the date and time of your submitted response.
PRIVATE LESSONS: If form is submitted on time, a make up lesson is guaranteed or credit will be given if private class is unable to be rescheduled.
SEMI PRIVATES, GROUPS & SQUADS: If form is submitted on time, make up lessons will be provided if there is a vacancy in another suitable class that matches your availability. We will do our very best to accommodate but if classes are full, make up lesson cannot be guaranteed.
Make up lessons are only valid to be taken in same term class was missed. Group classes/Squads missed for Holidays/Overseas trips/School camps are non refundable or credited but we will do our best to ensure make up lessons are provided if enough notice is given to fit make up classes in.
WET WEATHER POLICY Use of clubrooms is limited to players and coaches only in cases of wet weather (15 people total allowed)
If it is drizzle/showers and court is safe to play on, lesson continues on court, the courts have excellent drainage. However, if it is raining at the time of your lesson or courts are not safe to play on (puddles are forming), the Wet Weather Program will be implemented for all lesson types. This includes any of the following indoor/undercover activities: Coordination, Education, Fitness or Analysis using TA Technique App. Please attend all scheduled lessons as make up lessons/credits are not given in cases of inclement weather. GROUP CLASSES: Full indoor sessions are capped at 2 maximum per term. Credit/Make Up lesson will be provided if this is exceeded. PRIVATE CLASSES: Maximum time indoors is capped at 60 minutes per term.

For temperatures 30- 36 degrees, the coaches may focus predominately on serve, reduce high movement drills, focus more on skill development and take more regular water/shade breaks. Player safety is our primary concern.
Invoices are emailed prior to the end of each term. Upcoming full term fees are due by the last class of current term. If someone joins mid term, fees are prorata. PAYMENT confirms your spot.
Payments are paid by term and can be made online by EFT or fees placed in sealed enveloped and given directly to coach with player name and invoice number. This secures payment and maximizes lesson time
