What is involved in a Cardio Tennis Workout?
A typical Cardio Tennis workout runs for 1 hour with the following structure:
Dynamic warm-up: 5-10 minutes of activities to elevate your core temperature
Cardio workout: 40-50 minutes of drills and fun play based games and exercises
Cool down: 5-10 minutes of light exercises to safely bring your heart rate down
Participants wear heart rate monitors, exercise to music, play with low-compression balls and use a variety of equipment to achieve the perfect workout. And, at the end of your session, you can check your stats on the heart-rate monitor to find out just how hard you worked.
